Le Préconil offers 19 comfortable, air-conditioned rooms, divided into four categories:
- Double Room
- Double Room with Terrace
- Large Room
- Large Room with Terrace
What are the room rates?
Our rates vary depending on the season. We offer rooms ranging from €60 to €158 per night, depending on the category. The tourist tax is €1.30 per person per day. We accept credit cards, American Express, and ANCV holiday vouchers.

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on your arrival day. Contact us for more information and to prepare for your arrival.

Yes, breakfast is available for €10. It includes fresh bread, fruit juice, jams, hot drinks, and much more. You can also enjoy breakfast in your room for an additional fee.

Le Préconil is located in the heart of Sainte-Maxime, in a quiet area, just 50 meters from the beach.
By car, take the A8 motorway towards Nice, exit 36 Saint-Tropez / Le Muy / Sainte-Maxime. Saint-Raphaël train station is 25 km away and Nice International Airport is 1 hour away.
